About Public Workshops Corporate Workshops Calendar of Public Workshops Stretching & Pain Relief Workshops Workshops are a one-time event. Public Workshops present a variety of topics including stretching and self-pain relief and are presented in an easy to understand and easy to follow format. No prior knowledge of anatomy or physiology is necessary to understand and use the material in these workshops and still get full benefits. Other workshops explore Universal Energy and Healing Touch. Many Workshops are hands-on, participation events. Public Workshops may include printed, illustrated instructions of the material that was covered in the Workshop. Instructions allow the participant to continue applying the techniques at home after learning them in the Workshop. The male condition is also referred to as andropause. Most men are not aware of male menopause. This workshop is offered to bring about a consciousness and understanding of the body changes we can expect, or are presently experiencing as we age. Male menopause typically begins around ages 40 – 55, but can begin as early as 35 and as late as 65. Each man is unique. As with women, the changes that come with menopause for men are somewhat extensive. The workshop will include a presentation of facts and study results pertaining to male menopause, with plenty of time for dialogue and the sharing of personal experience[s] and opinions. For both men and women, menopause is the result of hormonal changes in the body. This workshop is intended as a source of information and a better understanding of male menopause only, and in no way will offer medical advice. Learn about male menopause and its symptoms, and share your thoughts and reactions with the group. The workshop is FOR MEN ONLY in order to provide a comfortable, safe, open dialogue environment. As men frequently have difficulty discussing personal aspects of their life among themselves, the added element of females being present can reduce this narrow openness to zero. Learn what is happening to you now or what you can expect as you age.
